Job Description

MYR Energy Services offers complete EPC project delivery or construction-only services for traditional design-bid-build project delivery. MYRE also provides EPC contracting services for renewable and solar energy facilities throughout the U.S. including permitting, energy storage, complete solar facilities, and substation and transmission line interconnections.

Overview:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a large solar farm project we are constructing in the Battle Mountain, NV area. This position will support the project personnel to include Project Managers, Field Engineers, and other field staff. The right candidate will be able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Duties:

  • Various data entry and file management tasks
  • Various tasks working with Excel worksheets
  • Administrative support for multiple managers
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative support experience required
  • Prior experience within a construction environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with payroll entries
  • Logic with numbers
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to support multiple managers
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Flexibility to work in two locations throughout the week
  • Self-starter
